These Terms of Service govern your use of the 911 Hail Repair campaign landing page and assessment request form. By submitting the form, you agree to these terms.
Free assessment request
Submitting the form requests a free priority hail-damage assessment. It does not create a binding repair agreement, warranty or guarantee of service. The campaign team will contact you to discuss next steps, availability and whether your vehicle is suitable for the services offered.
Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate and complete contact information. Photos you upload should accurately represent the hail damage you are reporting. Providing false or misleading information may result in your request being declined.
Insurance and repair decisions
In Ontario, you have the right to choose the repair shop that repairs your vehicle. We can help you understand the process, but final repair approvals, coverage decisions and payments are between you and your insurance provider.
Photo uploads
By uploading photos, you grant the campaign team permission to use them solely for the purpose of assessing and coordinating your hail-damage repair. Photos are stored privately and are not used for marketing without your separate consent.
Limitation of liability
The campaign, CSN Precision Uxbridge and Precision Dent Repair are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this landing page or the assessment request process, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the landing page after changes means you accept the revised terms.
